love|less is an electronic popband with its early roots in Karlstad, Sweden. The band was started back in 1994 by Mikael Askernäs and Jan-Erik Saarinen, but has in time been expanded with the addition of both Fredrik Svensson and David J. Elfström.

The band has moved its base of operation to Stockholm, where their own professional recording studio enables them to fully develop their own productions without any outside help.

love|less plays a catchy mix of electronic pop with a hit of the 80's synth melancholy, seasoned with poppy, catchy melodies and a good helping of dancy electronic drums that work very well on any dancefloor.

love|less debuted in 2002 with the release of the album "Hello World" on Canadian label "Kinetic Response Records", and received good reviews all over North America, where the band also played in 2002.

Currently, love|less are working on a new album, and are preparing to face the European market. They are also not forgetting their North American fans, and will naturally continue to release material there as well. However, at present, both Sweden and Europe feel like very important markets and are their first goal.
